 Feedback on Services
If you have received positive or negative services from the Board, we encourage you to email the BCE. The BCE strives to provide outstanding customer service to all of our 36,000+ licenses. The Board receives over 90,000 phone calls each year, and processes 3,500 new licenses and 12,000 renewals each year. The Board’s management staff will address all emails received regarding your feedback. Please note, that due to the regulatory nature of this Board and the Cosmetology profession, the management staff is not allowed to waive any statutory or rule provisions. Licensees will need to address the Board in those instances. You can find more information under the “Board Meetings” link to address the Board.
