All Complaint Committee meetings are held at:
9:00 A.M. in the BCE Conference Room, Suite 710.
Complaint Committee meetings are closed to the public.

The BCE has the authority to investigate and take action when a violation of the Statutes 155A or Rules 2105 and 2110 has occurred and been proven.
The BCE has no authority to refund money to clients of our licensees.
To submit a complaint the following are required:
1. Complete the Complaint Form;
2. Sign the Authorization to Release Information Form; and
3. Sign and Date the Statement of Complaint.
Complaints that are not signed or arrive anonymous will not be reviewed.
